Product Overview
The GTYQ-SFD-Ex-01N series point-type combustible gas detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) has a measuring range of 0~100%LEL. It is a high-sensitivity, high-reliability intelligent fixed combustible gas detector developed and manufactured by our company.
The detector continuously measures the concentration of combustible gases, vapors or gas-vapor mixtures in the ambient air, and outputs a standard 4~20mA signal proportional to the concentration percentage of the lower explosive limit of the measured gas. It is widely used in sites requiring continuous combustible gas monitoring, such as oilfields, petrochemical plants, natural gas facilities, mines, metallurgical sites and oil depots.
The detector complies with national standards for explosion-proof electrical equipment, with explosion-proof marking ExdICT6.
A split-type combustible gas alarm is available as an optional accessory, suitable for locations difficult for on-site observation, such as high elevations and confined narrow spaces. It facilitates gas concentration monitoring and remote calibration & testing.
The detector can measure common combustible gases and vapors, including liquefied petroleum gas, natural gas, gasoline vapor, alkanes, alkenes, alcohols, ketones, esters, benzenes and other combustible gases and vapors.
The detector works together with a combustible gas alarm controller to form a gas detection and alarm system. Applicable controllers are as follows:
HGSD-02 combustible gas alarm controller supplied by Taizhi;
Process control systems such as DCS and PLC, or other data acquisition devices. Note: Since the detector adopts catalytic combustion sensors with relatively high power consumption, a power supply with sufficient power rating must be selected.
Product Features
Adopts imported anti-poisoning catalytic combustion sensors and infrared sensors. Digital sensors are available as an option, featuring strong anti-interference performance and support for independent long-distance installation.
Equipped with LCD (OLED full-color Chinese menu) display, resistant to strong light interference. Supports intelligent temperature compensation and fault indication & alarm. High-concentration overload protection to safeguard sensors. SMT surface-mount technology guarantees operational stability. Configuration and calibration can be completed via magnetic wand. The product has obtained national explosion-proof certification.
