The SFD-Ex-630 Panoramic Explosion-proof Audio and Video Recorder is an intelligent, multi-functional recording device independently developed and manufactured, featuring panoramic monitoring and high operational reliability. Equipped with a professional explosion-proof enclosure, it is widely applicable for continuous audio and video monitoring in hazardous industrial environments including oil fields, petrochemical plants, natural gas sites, mines, metallurgical workshops and oil depots.
Integrated with a 5-megapixel camera, the device supports remote high-definition video surveillance, ambient audio monitoring and two-way intercom. Four built-in cameras record synchronously to deliver all-round monitoring with zero dead angles. Equipped with infrared supplementary lights, it can capture clear and stable images even in dark or low-light working conditions.
Designed with a standard quick-release interface on the bottom, the recorder can be easily mounted on tripods and other fixing accessories, adapting flexibly to various on-site monitoring scenarios.
The recorder can be equipped with an internal hard drive up to 8TB, supporting continuous recording for a maximum of 140 days. This guarantees long-term recording and avoids incomplete video footage caused by insufficient storage. The storage capacity can be configured according to customers’ actual requirements. Video files can be exported to a computer via the recorder’s network interface. Wired connection features simple setup, secure communication and high reliability.
With built-in 4G and WiFi antennas, the recorder allows real-time audio and visual monitoring of the site through mobile apps and PC client software. The intercom function enables remote guidance for on-site operations.
The device incorporates a high-capacity lithium polymer battery, paired with a professional smart charger and comprehensive protection circuits, delivering long service life and high safety. Operating status is shown via LED indicators: green for normal operation, orange for low battery, and red to prompt charging. It helps prevent secondary disasters.
