Product Overview
The HGSD-02 Intelligent Alarm Controller is a new-generation high-performance intelligent instrument developed with state-of-the-art electronic technology to meet flammable gas, toxic gas and flame detection requirements. It accepts two channels of input signals simultaneously and is suitable for a wide range of gas detection applications.
The HGSD-02 features LED segment code display for clear and intuitive readings. An optional LCD version offers extended functions including bar graph display, color-changing backlight alarm indication and Chinese menu operation. Built with a standard compact enclosure, it is simple to install and maintain. Adopting microprocessor technology with no moving components, the controller achieves enhanced reliability, stability and superior performance metrics.
When used together with our SFD-Ex-01 series flammable gas detectors, the HGSD-02 forms an integrated system for flammable gas detection, remote display and control.
Product Features
This controller supports 8-channel parallel real-time monitoring. Each channel allows independent alarm threshold configuration and optional single-channel shielding, bringing flexible and customized monitoring management.
It adopts standard 4~20mA signal input and supports signal transmission output. Multiple working statuses are visually indicated, including main power supply, main power undervoltage, battery power supply, battery undervoltage, battery charging and battery short circuit.
Equipped with a built-in high-capacity backup battery, the device can operate continuously for 10 hours once the main power cuts off. It features automatic floating charge for standby batteries and intelligent charging protection to extend battery service life.
With reserved digital output interface, it can be connected to external graphic display devices for visualized data viewing. Adopting 240V AC power supply and all-in-one integrated design, the device features compact overall dimensions of 350mm×150mm×430mm (L×W×H) and adopts wall-mounted installation for easy assembly and space saving.
Application Scope
When cooperating with SFD-Ex series gas detectors, the controller realizes continuous and stable detection of flammable and toxic gases. It is widely applicable to industrial scenarios including oil fields, petrochemical plants, natural gas stations, coal mines, metallurgical factories and oil depots, meeting the safety monitoring demands of various hazardous gas environments.
